I went to a caravan yard in Valencia the other to buy one of their many caravans abandoned by owners returning to the Uk (with bills unpaid). I hoped that this may make the owners of the yard open to reasonable offers, but it seemed that the reverse was true.
- Bear that in mind with your asking price - it may be worth more than you think !
